the perfect lip color

I thought I had found the perfect lip color when I first applied Revlon's Lip Butter in Pink Truffle. I also thought I had found the perfect lip color when I first applied YSL's Volupté Sheer Candy in Sweet Fig. Both times I was mistaken.

I saw on a beauty guru's YouTube video that she loved Clinique's Almost Lipstick in Black Honey. She put it on her lips and I was in awe. How could something be so beautiful?? I did a little bit of research and saw that this was a highly praised item. On Sephora.com it got a 4.5 rating out of 5 and countless people raved about how it was the perfect color for them. I got a $20 giftcard to Nordstrom and it was $15 so I decided to try out this legendary product. I don't know how I lived my life without it. I love the color on me. Here is a before and after picture of it on my lips:

*Oh and fyi, it is really dark in the tube. The color does not apply that dark at all.*
